Keep On Living – God’s Still Teaching

Ever heard someone say, “Keep on living”?

If you haven’t yet, just wait. You will. And when you do, it’s usually coming from someone who’s seen a few things, been through a few storms, and knows that life doesn’t always give you a heads-up before the test.

It’s not shade. It’s actually love wrapped in wisdom.

“Keep on living” means: What you may not understand now... you just might later. Life has a way of pulling up a chair and sitting you down for a lesson you didn’t sign up for — a timeout that God can use for your good and His Glory.

Sometimes we don’t “get it” until we’ve lived it:

  • You don’t understand patience until God makes you wait.
  • You don’t value peace until chaos has overstayed its welcome.
  • You don’t see grace clearly until you realize how much you needed it.

But here’s the thing — God is in all of it.

He’s in the waiting, the learning, the crying, the bouncing back, and even the confusion. He never wastes a season. Every tear, every laugh, every “I don’t get it” moment is shaping you.

So, this blog? It’s just a small space to drop some reflections — from real-life stuff to faith-filled reminders that you’re not alone. Maybe you’ve lived it. Maybe you’re living through it. Or maybe it’s coming up. Either way, God’s still writing your story.

And if you're still breathing, that means there's still more to learn, more to share, more to grow, and more to trust God for.

Keep on living. Keep on believing. God’s not done with you yet.

😊👋Hello there! As a wife and mom who strives to be observant and receptive to family, friends, and associates, I’ve learned so much—and yet, I’m still progressing and processing through life. I started my collection of notes back in 2018 and always considered sharing them in a more public way. What I’ve come to realize—or rather, embrace—is that we all go through seasons of success and setbacks. We all experience the joys and the pains that come with them. But one thing is certain: no matter the circumstances, we each have to find a way to embrace the outcome—wholly and solely.   Forgiveness: A Command and Blessing Today is the day—pie day! I am so excited. My husband just made his amazing sweet potato pie. This pie is so delicious that it makes my youngest son and me behave as if we were hired for pie duty, with our only task being to make sure we each got a slice—and only us. Equally—because we are not allies. Things became more territorial after convincing my husband to make mini pies so we could ration them equally. I don’t know what he puts in the pie that makes it so addictive, but our home becomes a battle zone over equal rights to pie. We don’t become mean, but we do become steadfast.
